This training draws from hundreds of the newest books and journals in neuroscience, epigenetics, and functional medicine. In addition, positive psychology, chiropractic care, and high performance. I was inspired by three fundamental things: my father’s preventable cancer, my mother’s preventable heart attack, and my grandmother’s medical mistake. As a natural health provider, I knew they were all preventable. My dad needed to lighten up, my mom needed to move more, and my grandmother could have lived fuller if it were not for the doctor’s mistake. After that tragedy, I cracked the code toward the attainment of human high performance and true wellness.
Cracked The Code
The recent advances in the fields of neuroscience, exercise physiology, positive psychology, and lifestyle chiropractic care. Next, nanotechnology, and high-performance technologies have made all of this possible. Modern civilization have learned more about how our brains function in the past three years than in the previous three thousand. Scientists have shifted from a focus on neurosis to reframing our attitudes and science toward what is right with us. We have cracked the code on how to perform at higher levels of joy, happiness, engagement, healthy living, and productivity.

Achieving dynamic health and overall wellbeing is attainable for everyone. In this training, we will reveal how to maximize your health potential using The Five Pillars of a Dynamic Health. Next, we will also explore the concept of medicilization of life and how it has led to the healthcare crisis we are facing today. Finally, by understanding the biology specific to each species, especially humanity. In addition, looking towards nature, we can maximize our healing potential and prevent, reverse, and even cure chronic diseases.

Understanding the Why and How
To understand why our current healthcare system is failing us, we need to understand the concept of medicilization of life. Ivan Illich, a great thinker, and writer, first exposed this concept in his book, Medical Nemesis. He argued that modern medicine has medicalized so many aspects of life, causing more harm than good and rendering many people in effect lifelong patients. His findings revealed the iatrogenic disease – disease caused by medical doctors, which had been scientifically noted a century earlier by British nurse Florence Nightingale (1820–1910). This medicalization of life has led to a healthcare crisis where American medicine is the leading cause of injury and death in the industrialized world.
Cracking the Code
To address this crisis, we need to crack the code and update our approach to healthcare. A group of doctors and researchers, updating Ivan’s book, found that estimates stated “up to 440,000 Americans are dying annually from preventable hospital errors. This puts medical errors as the third leading cause of death in the United States”. Dynamic people understand the need to be proactive and follow a strategic process that promotes healthy living. Small incremental lifestyle changes based on The Five Pillars of a Dynamic Health and the Genetically Congruent Lifestyle are the solution to global chronic disease.
