Welcome to Dynamism Biohack, my name is Dr. Matt Hammett Wellness & Nutrition Expert, Lifestyle Trainer and Movement Enthusiast. In each week I’m going share with you how to make the right nutritious choices despite conflicting expert opinions where I help you to discover how to unlock your inner aborigine or your inner greatness. In this training, I’m going to explain what we are doing to make this movement a reality beginning in our community and worldwide and how you can get involved too. So many people want to jump on board and improve their health and life, improve their family time and relationship time. but they just don’t know how. they are so overwhelmed with information, they don’t know how to start. Were gonna dive into all that and show you how to get involved with this movement. The natural health, wellness/prevention and health promotion solution.
It’s a THE NEW PARADIGM
Equipped with this knowledge, and our new understanding of human genetics, the Human Genome Project, we begin to understand that Genetic Congruent Living is the only evidence-based healthcare system worthy of study and implementation. This is a huge game changer!
The next priority is to develop a system that incorporates the evidence-based sciences we have learned from Human DNA and implement a lifestyle program that can reverse, prevent, and even cure disease. I needed to find a way to teach people about this new system because what we are doing as a community is not working. All we have to do is go over the health stats to see that. We need world-class programs in each of the five areas of Dynamic people.
The next priority, and probably the most important; I needed to convince doctors from various disciplines that this new model is indeed the future. That is the purpose of our local chapter of the non-profit national outreach program, Pathways Connect. Its primary purpose is to connect various doctors together with the community who wish to live well with natural medicinal practices. This training is the central piece of this movement. To accomplish my goal, I decided to leave the medical jargon out of this training. Simplicity is bliss, not ignorance. Therefore, I am taking the Latin out of the language and putting it in terms most people can identify with and implement immediately. The earth is not flat. We believed it was for centuries. That is where we are in history. It’s not genetic. It’s epigenetic. It’s the environment. More specifically, it’s Your Five Pillars. That is my slogan, and it is the motto of choice for people who are making conscious decisions about what they eat, how they move, what they think about, how they connect with others, and how they cope with stressors in daily life.
The last priority, and I admit, I was more than a little skeptical, was to explore the vision my mother had of me when she spoke to me the day before her heart attack. My last memory of my mom was when she told me that she had a dream that not only would I author a book, I would become a speaker, and even host my own radio show. This show is born to honor my mother. My mantra for this movement is simple. It is not about me. This movement got personal for me, the day I lost my family tragically. That last day I wiped my dying dad’s tear from his eye, promising him that i would do something about chronic disease, then a year and a half later after I found my mom dead from a heart attack, to a month later, saying goodbye to my grandmother who was dying from a medical mistake. All three of these deaths didn’t need to happen, they could have been prevented. It was that awakening I had that helped me find my calling in life, not in raising the dead, but helping the living people Lighten up, Move better, and Live fuller…
The big question I had, was how to EXPAND THis new health promotion MOVEMENT. This new wellness/prevention solution that doesn’t focus intervention on sickness and disease, but educates the community about what makes people healthier and how to prevent and stay well for a lifetime.
Now consider the problem at hand. Ignorance of natural medicine and lifestyle chiropractic care is massive. We are aware that the more someone knows about the predatory circumstances of Big Food, Big Pharma and Cui Bono (to whom profits), the more likely he or she is to become highly engaged in health and wellness and natural medicine. Most people don’t know where to start.
Is the solution to this problem more educational classes or better adult educational experiences? No. Why? Because you only share so much at a seminar or webinar and most people only remember about 10% of the material. Not to mention that most of these educational schools and seminars are funded by Big Food and Big Pharma or some sister interest group. This doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t have seminars and webinars and present them in world-class form. We should. These types of learning programs will be a game changer for some, but not for most.
Is the solution to the problem, better school cafeterias? No. Why? We have tried to implement a new system, and it got us nowhere. The truth is the responsibility is up to the parents and the students. This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t provide world-class lunches for our kids. We should. This just means these will not likely solve the problem of how little people know about conscious choice, Genetic Congruent Living, and natural medicine.
If your goal were to teach as many people about healthy conscious choice, Genetic Congruent Living, and natural medicine over the next ten years, you would need a simple method that was portable and practical for millions of people. The answer is a good old-fashioned books, a portal radio show and a magazine along with a community support and discussion group. As far as reading is concerned. If you read five pages of a great educational book on each of the five pillars every day, you will be astonished how your knowledge and joy for this movement will begin to grow; just five pages a day. I know what you might be thinking, “I can do that!” Five pages a day for a year is a little more than 1,800 pages in that year, over 18,000 pages in a decade, and over 45,000 pages over 25 years. That equates to 228 books with an average length of 200 pages. Reading 45,625 pages on each of the five pillars of a dynamic health is overwhelming. Most people would feel intimidated to commit to reading 228 natural health and natural science books. But five pages a day? We can all do that. Like the Korowai people, use your Kaizen- or small incremental continuous improvement- it makes incredible things possible.
If you implemented five pages of reading each day, how would your life be different one year from now? How about five years from now, 10 years from now? How would the American healthcare system be different if each of us read five pages of a great book on exercise, nutrition, healthy mindsets, and spiritual connection each day? You see. I am not off trying to do the impossible. I am here making the incredible possible.
It is merely a game changer- practical, simple, powerful, transformative. We are doing it at present inside and outside our clinic. We are doing it online with presentations, seminars free of charge. We are doing it every month at our local chapter of Pathways Connect where we offer support and discussion on these issues. We are doing it through various social media through this show, how ever you found us. We are doing it while we give one of the most valuable experiences you will ever receive in your lifetime: a chiropractic adjustment.
Five pages a day. I know you are saying, “I can do that!” Imagine reading five pages a day, and attending a community support and discussion group once a month on these issues.
Practice Kaizen, a continuous learner, and encourage everyone you know to do the same. One of the best things about this commitment is that there are answers and practical implementation strategies you can do. Dynamic people fill their hearts and minds with the fruit of these truths and goodness provided by those answers.
And remember, How do you eat a dinosaur? Dig it up, and take one bite at a time.

You know it’s not so much of a healcare crisis as it is a self care crisis in our world today.
